I’ve had really good results with my Hegel H360 integrated amp. Seems to work better than my RM 200 tube amp.
You need an amp that can be comfortable driving this impedance and be stable as well, just about all tube amps and solid state amps that can’t do current may roll off the highs making them sound distant and subdued.

Absolute Sounds test: "The impedance curve sinks to 1 Ohm above 10kHz – almost a direct short (electrostatics are large capacitors). Some amplifiers may not like this;"

This is typical of all ML’s esl’s

@mike_f, did you try the RM-200’s 1 ohm tap?
Then you may not have enough wattage from it for loud listening.

Yes,  I tried the 1 ohm and 2 ohm. Thought the 2 and 4 ohm sounded best. But the Hegel really shines with the Martin Logan.. Using the Hegel on klipsch forte 3 was not as good as with the RM 200 though.
odyssey amplifers can run them if limited budget,   most krell, pass labs, are not gonna shut down at 1 ohm.  Vintage soundcraftmen or crown amps are also good.
