Cartridges for rear of stage orchestral resolution
Any recommendations for moving coils that provide excellent illumination/detail of instruments in the back rows of the symphony orchestra while preserving a weighty, powerful sound ?
My Lyra Titan i does the rear of the soundstage very well and you can follow each instrument in it's own space, but I am not sure it gives the full bloom of the orchestra as well as other top cartridges.
Harry: Thank you for your suggestion, however, the Titan is a bit too pricey for me. Something that doesn't exceed about $2500 retail might fit the bill.
