Coincident Super Eclipse or Devore Nines?

I currently own the Super Eclipses and love them, but wish they had a more revealing midrange and top end. I actually like the vocals when they are pushed forward a bit and I find the coincidents good, but not great at that. Would the Devore's do this? I listen to rock and alternative so am looking for bass drive and snap with details on the highs/mids.

Will be driven by Pass XA30.5 amp. Thanks

the easiest 'tonal upgrade' in the world is scooting those 'super' speakers around so they give you their best, which is pretty incredible.
Jaybo has made an excellent point twice now.

Placement can make a profound difference. Just toeing the speakers in (or
out) a couple of degrees, or moving them closer together (or farther apart) by
an inch or two can make a significant change in the depth or width of the
image...and thereby projecting the vocals more (or less).

Worth a try before buying new speakers.
I have recently upgraded to the DeVore Nines and use the Pass Labs XA-30.5 amp and X-1 preamp in a fairly large room (25x14). I've been in high end audio for 25 years, and have tried so many different combinations, but I can honestly say this gives me goose bumps...I am serious that it will complete your quest. See my other threads regarding the Nines and Pass Labs amps. I use this with the Esoteric X-03SE and custom Audio Path silver 8 wire from Tom Hills at Hudson Audio. No words can describe it...
I just auditioned the 9's yesterday with Border Patrol valve amps. Not an ideal set up in the showroom, but I was most impressed, very detailed, neutral and transparent. I just tried Coincident Victories and my preference was very much, for the Devores, beautiful to look at too and small, room friendly
