Is there any USB DAC with this set of input / output connectors?

I’m looking for a USB DAC / preamp under $1100 or so with a small form factor and good sound. And specifically, I am looking for a DAC with the following set of input / output connectors:
  • XLR L & R outputs
  • RCA L & R outputs
  • RCA subwoofer output
  • optical output
  • coax out (optional)
  • headphone jack (optional)
  • Ethernet RJ45 connection
  • WiFi connection (antenna) (optional)
  • USB type B connector (the squarish one, for USB DAC functionality)
  • USB type A connector (the rectangular one, for reading media files on a USB stick)
  • RCA AUX L & R inputs
  • optical input (optional)
  • coax input (optional)
The connections above listed as optional are those I can also do without, but would be nice to have. My Onkyo P-3000R has a lot of connections, but many I do not need and it lacks a few I wish it had. I do not need CD, Tape or Phono inputs. On the other hand network functionality would be very nice.

The Cambridge Audio DacMagic Plus is one I looked at so far. Here are its connections:
  • XLR L & R outputs YES
  • RCA L & R outputs YES
  • RCA subwoofer output NO
  • optical output YES
  • coax out YES
  • headphone jack YES
  • Ethernet RJ45 connection NO
  • WiFi connection (antenna) NO
  • USB type B connector YES
  • USB type A connector YES
  • RCA AUX L & R inputs NO
  • optical input YES
  • coax input YES
That's an above average set of connections, but it is missing the network connections and functionality, which is essential in what I'm looking for. Likewise the DAC'S with network functionality seem to all be missing most of the standard connections found on a USB DAC such as balanced outputs, etc.
Related question: since most USB DAC's do not have a subwoofer output, what is the best work-around? (My current DAC, the Onkyo P-3000R has pre-out RCA connections that I use for my two subwoofers and that makes hooking things up much nicer.)

why do you need all those outputs?

I've never seen a DAC with a Sub out unless it was inside another component like a preamp, amp. or it was a preamp dac combo ie; a DAC with volume controls.

really sounds like you want a pre amp with a built in DAC.

OK, sounds like a good suggestion. However, I haven't even found a preamp + DAC that has all these connections. Do you know of one?
I have seen some pre/ dac with some of those but not with all of them. Not even sure they make such a thing much less below $1100. Even ones I have looked at around $3000 upto $6000 don’t have all those connections. Might have more luck looking for a pre with a lot of conections and a seperate dac. Good luck finding it.
There might be an AV processor with most I never looked very close at them as I have no use for one but the few I have glanced at have a lot of different inputs and outputs.

I wonder if the anthem STR preamp would have everything I bet its close.

Just reading it and its dam close and has their very good room correction system.

You're not looking for much are you , some people could spend thirty grand and not get half of that.
The Anthem STR preamp looks awesome. Here are its connections:

  •     XLR L & R outputs YES, plus subs
  •     RCA L & R outputs YES
  •     RCA subwoofer output YES
  •     optical output ? (optional for me)
  •     coax out ? (optional for me)
  •     headphone jack ? (optional for me)
  •     Ethernet RJ45 connection YES
  •     WiFi connection (antenna) ? (optional for me)
  •     USB type B connector YES
  •     USB type A connector YES
  •     RCA AUX L & R inputs YES
  •     optical input YES
  •     coax input YES

It appears to have all the connections that are most important to me. I'm going to check out all the reviews I can find on this product. This might be my next purchase :-)

From the Anthen STR preamp spec sheet. What does this mean: "Ethernet port for ARC"? Does that mean that it does not have normal network functionality such as the ability to play files from a local NAS device?

Connections:

  • 4 balanced XLR analog audio inputs (configurable for Home Theater Bypass)
  • 4 unbalanced RCA analog audio inputs (inputs 3 and 4 can be configured for Home Theater Bypass)
  • digital inputs: balanced AES/EBU XLR, 2 optical, 2 coaxial, USB Type B (cable included)
  • 4 balanced XLR analog audio outputs (fronts and 2 subwoofers in mono or stereo)
  • 6 unbalanced RCA analog audio outputs
  •   1 set Left and Right
  •   1 set of fixed-level line outputs for connecting a headphone amp or recording device
  •   2 subwoofer outputs (mono or stereo)
  • built-in phono preamp with separate inputs for moving-magnet and moving-coil cartridges
  • Ethernet port for ARC, firmware upgrades, and control
  • rear-panel USB mini B port for firmware upgrades and ARC (cable included)
  • rear-panel USB type A input for software updates (factory use)
  • RS-232 input, remote (IR) input and 12 volt-trigger output for use with external controllers
  • detachable power cord
OK, now I understand that even though the Anthen STR preamp has all the connectors I most wanted, the functionality I wanted/expected on those connections is largely not implemented. Too bad because this looks like a nice piece of equipment.

Try looking for streamer/preamp/dacs. Looks like you want somethong that will connect to a NAS and playback over a network. Auralic Vega G2 though I doubt it has all those connections..
The Oppo UDP-205 Ultra seems to have all the functionality I’m looking for, and the price is reasonable compared to other options. Here are its connections:

  • XLR L & R outputs YES
  • RCA L & R outputs YES
  • RCA subwoofer output YES
  • optical output YES
  • coax out YES
  • headphone jack YES
  • Ethernet RJ45 connection YES with network functionality & Gigabit speed
  • WiFi connection (antenna) NO
  • USB type B connector YES with USB DAC functionality
  • USB type A connector YES (2)
  • RCA AUX L & R inputs NO
  • optical input YES
  • coax input YES
  • HDMI input YES
  • HDMI output YES
  • 7.1 CH RCA audio output YES
  • RS-232 YES
  • Trigger In & Out YES
  • IR YES

I have heard good things about this device as a USB DAC.

can you even still buy an Oppo new now that they stopped making disk players? well other then used but they seem to be price inflated, i'm assuming because oppo stopped making the players.
