Marantz K1 Pearl vs Denon PMA-A100

Hi folks,

I am curious to know if anyone has any experience with these two integrated amplifiers. They both can be had new for about $2500. I believe Marantz and Denon are owned by the same parent company. Are there big sonic differences between these two brands?
