I made a balanced set just a week ago. I haven't had a chance to evaluate it on its own because I also made 4 Chris VH power cords and a set speaker cable from his star quad cable at the same time. After everything is well broken in, I intend to go back to my base and add and subtract one item at a time just to see the effects of each product.
That said, I am liking what I hear. The interconnects were actually quite easy to fabricate. If you do so, make the little jig that is written up on his site. It does make the going faster.
