splitting balanced xlr signals

I have two balanced XLR's on my BAT preamp. I use one with my EAR 88pb phono preamp and one with my BAT cd player. I want to split the outpot from my cd player and send it to my preamp, for use with my speakers, and to my Woo Wess, for use with my headphones. I am currently using Synergistic active interconnects for both. How can I do that? I don't want to minimize performance. The other option is to split the RCA tape out and direct it to the WES and my Alecis cd recorder. That might end up in comprimising the sound. I think the best course is to somehow direct the cd output to two destinations. Please consider and advise options.

Thank you.
