Can you recommend some classical CD's for me?

I don't have any classical CD's in my collection.
There is so much product out there, I don't know where to start.
I would like preferrably SACD but not totally necessary if the redbook CD is well recorded.
I don't want any vocals.
I am not a big fan of large classical orchestras.
I like classical guitar, I enjoy the cello.
I guess more stringed instrument related, instrumental classical music.
Thanks Glen

This is a must try!! "Albinoni: Adagio * Pachelbel: Canon". Deutsche Grammophon. Consisting of Bach Handel Corelli Vivaldi Purcell It is nice Baroque introduction. Beautiful
As with everything in this life, find what makes you happy, and hopefully make others happy along the way. To each his own! To eat calzone?? Also, preserve your hearing:)
If you like classical guitar, you'll probably like John Williams' "The Seville Concert." I sure do.
I'm in a similar boat. I don't have much classical and don't really know what I would like. I also play classical and rock guitar and love cello.
I downloaded Yo Yo Ma's rendition of Bach's Unaccompanied Cello Suites and the parts I have (from the first suite) are excellent.
I like the harpischord in Bach's Brandenburg Conerto No. 5, but the Brandenburg concertos do nothing for me.
My favorite classical pieces are Beethoven's symphonies, but you probably won't like these as they are large scale.
I'm a big fan of Mozart's Violin Sonatas. My favorite renditions come from Deutsche Grammophon that feature Itzhak Perlman and Daniel Barenboim. It's a 4 CD set.
These are Spainish guitar recommendations. Christopher Parkining " In the Spainish style" and " Tribute to Segovia". Also Sharon Isben "Road to the Sun". A modern "classical" cd by Isben is "Nightshade Rounds". These recordings (music) are of the highest quality in my (humble) opinion.
