Building Rix Rax Stand

I wonder has anybody build a similar Rix Rax stand the Hoodoo model. I have a friend who is a welder he can weld for me. The problem is that I cannot find a big cone similar to Rix Rax. Can anybody point me a source that has that of cone or can machine for me.
