Steve, you need to methodically plug each component directly into your
TV first to determine if the lines you're seeing are a result of one of
them. Plug just your cable or satellite box directly to the TV first. If no
lines, then add the Tivo into the chain. Plug your VCR, and DVD players
directly into the TV to see if you have lines. You get the idea. If you
have the lines from the get go, then it may be an issue with the TV. I
seriously doubt if a line conditioner is going to correct the green/red/
blue lines.
I've had some reception issues in the past with my cable service, and it
usually comes down to a loose/unsecure connector.
Also, if you can live with the invonvenience of changing your video
source on the TV, you will get a superior picture than if you run the
video throgh the B&K.
