The picture is IMO that one company started out, and then something occured between the US distributor, and the factory building the product.
Who actually designed the products, decided to sell in the USA originally, is all up in the air. Each side claims they are in the right.
What side of the story is true, who can guess.
The result is the US distributor has a new factory to make 'his' products. Then the old factory is still making the original products.
Both want to sell in the USA using the Jolida brand name.
Both have stories of what happened that favor the interpretive spin casting them it the 'right'. Both have some slippery slopes they are trying to climb. I would not take anything either side says as being the whole truth. No question they now hate each other!
So if you want one of the products made by either one..

The .com version spells their name as JoLida while the .net just has it Jolida. Really weird. When you look at their products it is all identical. I wonder what would one see and hear if you bought the same product from both Jolida's and did comparison.

I was curious about the Jolida JD3000B preamp but then saw the .com vs .net business and decided to stay away. The MSRP on it is $1000 but then some sellers here were selling them for $449 to $499. I was scratching my head as to the deep discount and it made me wonder about the quality. Although the positive posts I've seen praising JD9 phono preamp makes me think different sometimes.

Hopefully both Jolida camps can work things out.
