Miniwatt S1 Suddenly Stopped Working

My miniwatt amp suddenly stopped working. The light on the switch lights when I turn it on, but the tubes do not.

Any thoughts? I was thinking the fuse near the power supply, but the filament appears in tact. Is it possible that it is blown (and that I don't really know what to look for)?
