Whats playing on your system today?

Today I decided to listen to two of my favorite rock guitar heros and one great vocalist. Guitarist' Robin Trower, Ronnie Montrose and vocalist Davey Pattison.

I listened to Trower songs:
Bridge of sighs, Stitch in time, The fool and me, my personal favorite- Too rolling stoned and others.....

Then I pulled out "Gamma".
I listened to: Razor King, Wish I was and Skin and bone and others.....

Davey Pattison hooked has also up with Michael Shenker also. I really enjoyed my day so far. Anybody else heard anything good?

The Bad Plus - These Are the Vistas

Track 3, Smells Like Teen Spirit
There are covers and then there are COVERS.  Plus the sonics on this whole recording are pretty good.

Daniel Barenboim, "On My New Piano"

Thank you @twoleftears for posting the only Classical entry in the last two pages, and for posting such a good recording. The low end on that piano is impressive. I loved the Beethoven.

Go Trower!
Saw him many times 70's 80's 90's and and at least once in early 2000's.
He's like the Energizer bunny 😎
The Flower Kings - prog rockers from Sweden.
"A Kingdom of Colours II" (box set 2004-2013) basically pt. 2 of their collection..
Audiophile recordings!
Everything I have heard from these guys is top notch!
They definitely know what they are doing in the studio 😎
YES it most definitely is!

Have it just on analog format
Vinyl and cassette, both sublime!
TFF - Big Chair, wonderful!

Red Lorry Yellow Lorry - Nothing Wrong
Red Lorry Yellow Lorry - Blow (both on Beggars Banquet, UK)
Supergrass - Life On Other Planets (UK pressing)
Forest for the trees / I may have mentioned this before but this is a GREAT recording. I think it's the only one they put out. I bit out there (I like that!), but not to far.
Correction on previous post.
Actually the album I was listening to was The Rockets - self titled.(1977)
"No Ballads" is great but think I like this one a little more 😎
From Detroit  but have a little southern twang to them.
I would say the Georgia Satellites were probably influenced by these guys
Only album on Tidal is Rocket Roll, which I think was their last album of 5?

That will be up next
Thx Arcam,it does!
Can't say as have heard of The Rockets but I was in England from 1960 to 2000 so that's my excuse!

Will look them up though now.
Anybody remember these guys?
A little band out of Detroit. -The Rockets
"No Ballads" (1980) Damn I'm old😧
Very solid album! And not too shabby of a recording😎
