Whats playing on your system today?
Today I decided to listen to two of my favorite rock guitar heros and one great vocalist. Guitarist' Robin Trower, Ronnie Montrose and vocalist Davey Pattison.
I listened to Trower songs:
Bridge of sighs, Stitch in time, The fool and me, my personal favorite- Too rolling stoned and others.....
Then I pulled out "Gamma".
I listened to: Razor King, Wish I was and Skin and bone and others.....
Davey Pattison hooked has also up with Michael Shenker also. I really enjoyed my day so far. Anybody else heard anything good?

++ on Y&T. If your a Y&T fan, do yourself a favor, check out Dave Meniketti. He was the heart and soul of the band, IMO. Guitars and vocals. 2 solo projects by him are hard to find. Big UFO fan. Just picked up an older UFO album and low and behold a bar menu was signed by the band and was in the sleeve. Collective Soul and TEB are underrated IMO. Seen them a few times in concert and love them both. One of my fav 80’s bands is also underrated...Y&T. I’ve got the Vinyl bug and need some equipment upgrades. |
