Power regenerators X Power Conditioners

I own both a regenerator, and a transformer based power conditioner.
The main thing to understand about a 'regenerator' is that the regenorator is basically a fixed frequency output AMPLIFIER.
A regenerator is making 'new' 60 cycle AC power.
So using it definitely will increase the power costs to run the system.
(stay away from used PS Audio PPP they are prone to suck)

One other point is the new AC output of a regenerator is not perfect. yes it is better, but not perfect. Also a regenerator should not be pushed to deliver more than 50% of it's rated capacity.

The other type is a transformer based, Usually a big expensive toroid.
I use a Furman REF20i as my main power conditioner.
I also picked up a used PS Audio P-600 I like mainly for the fact I can alter the AC output to a different frequency than 60Hz.
I use it just on a few digital components at 110Hz .. so mine runs pretty cool.

Either type is fine to use. Some folks like one or the other.
Then a new type, the AQ Niagra 1000, 5000, and 7000 seems to use a different approach. (of which I know nothing)

I have used a PurePower 1050 AC regenerator from years back with great results, however dealing with the Canadian Company has issues.

Now I use Chang LightSpeed AC line filters that work just as good, and are cheaper, but hard to find.

Both did not limit input current flow.

Run my entire system off either one.

Simple answer - yes. Power conditioners and regenerators can truly benefit any system. The magic comes from experimentation. Don’t be afraid to use more than one. Learn about the different types of distortion on both your incoming ac power and that emitted by your own equipment, and how they interact to influence the lack of purity in your sound. A huge number of recording studios and professionals, including countless bands seeking the best sound they can obtain for their super expensive and often super profitable gigs, use Equitech products. Likewise huge numbers of clubs and dance halls.  Worth you looking into. 

Anyone has PS AUDIO P5 AC POWER GENERATOR ?
What about the sound results experience? Before and after P5.
