Hi Rez and music down loads, where to buy

I live out side of the united states and want to buy Hi Rez files and also normal cd quality will save me alot in shipping cost by down loading, HD Tracks dont sell out side USA, what's the answer they have such a great range, I want anyhthing blues, is there a way around it? Is there any other sites I could look at? any help will be great as I got all excited only to be disapointed!

IIRC, you can use a N American credit card and HD tracks will work.

Look at Computer Audiophile, or Weiss Engineering for others...

I have just read also by using Pay Pal you can get around it, I will check out them other sites listed to, a few I hav'nt come across so that will be good.
