| When did Musical Fidelity start making stuff in... With the chemicals used in China the Mushrooms may be a real "head turner" :) | |
| Shorting plugs.... Jimjocye, Why do you refer to Impractical as a odd "epithet" when many have closed racks or equipment placed in difficult ares to do this everyday, and for folks like me with disability it is far from an odd epithet. Your late to the discusion add... | |
| When did Musical Fidelity start making stuff in... Here we go again, if anyone thinks they can avoid China then they have their head in the sand, if it works good, is safe, reliable and a good value I buy it no matter where it comes from. China got its strength in large part because of our own gre... | |
| New to High Definition media. Getting a DVI female to male HDMI coupler may be cheaper than a special DVI to HDMI cable. I use this method on my Sony TV with no issue. Then as Surf mentioned just get coax or Toslink cable for audio, or even RCA if stereo is all you need. As f... | |

| Shorting plugs.... My father has the AR Ref3 and I ws thinking about these for him, he is going balanced to amps and from CD player but capping the empty jacks still strikes me as curious and a nice stocking stuffer. | |
| Noisy speakers I did have a fussy sound on my VMPS center channel and it turned out the wood plug came unglued from center and was vibrating, I only found out when I went to pull driver to order a new one. | |
| Emotiva Amps A.H. has no real place in serious Hi-Fi but thats just my opinion, its more a club of "yes-men" and not really a subjective open minded forum. | |
| Noisy speakers Is it always on certain disc every time you play it? It could be electrical is it isnt always there. Furnace, dryer, flouresent lights and other items can cause strange noise when on. | |
| Emotiva Amps Threaten to kick someones butt?, c'mon get real. Go to audioholics and see how long you like it there, they love anything as long as it only cost's less then $500 and almost have a irrational distain for anything that many consider hi-end, "all am... | |
