| Older McIntosh Tube amps - a word of caution Those transformers can't be replaced. You blow one and it is game over.As far as I know, if sent to Mercury Magnetics, they will remanufacture transformers or build an equivalent. Their transformers known to be very good for any tube amp project. | |
