The end of pono?
So this was an interview from this year's cse and straight from Neil's mouth. There is no doubt that Pono hardware is soon to be gone. It looks like Harman is the first to bite and will be producing Pono certified car systems.
The end of pono?
Really, you think he'll respond.....maybe he'll stop over for tea tonight and I can also ask him what really went down with CSNY.I'll try to find the article I was reading and post it later. Anyway......anyone know anything more?
Infinity Primus P363 TAS review
Well I have a pair of primus 160 for a third system and movies. I like them and have recommended them to budget music lovers. Great little speaker period.....whatever the period means.

As a recording engineer I have some very interesting and audiophile recordings that might be of some interest to you. I would love to discuss this with you. Feel free to pm me. Ray
Ugrade cart or get a new TT
Your table is better by far than a u turn and most likely better sounding than the project carbon. A new cart or better phono pre amp would be my call. There is an Acoustiech ph1p for sale here, which would take you to the next level. You would ha...
Help me improve Rega P2
A Denon dl 110 is a good upgrade. I've seen a Canadian retailer still selling them for 129. I would also look at the subplatter upgrade from tangospinner....as well as the pully. That gets you under 300. Later on you can go with the tonearm rewire...
Distance from the front wall for magnepan mg 20.7
I've found that an almost equilateral triangle works best for soundstage accuracy.Which way you have them firing in your room will depend whether you have them too far out or not far enough.
What is the answer?
Babble fish.....I need babble fish to understand this.
Do wooden arms warp
No, but my wooden leg does, causing me to often fall over on my way home from the tavern late on a winter's night. Or, at least that is what I told me captain......arg!
Mcintosh mc275 or rogue m150/180
I bought mine in September and I don't have any idea how many hours were on them. They are EH KT88'S. They get used daily and, although it has only been a short time....I have had no problems with the tubes....kow. I know that the amps are said to...
Is Jolida102b good upgrade from vintage Fisher 400
I had a Jolida 102 for a while in a second system. The output caps were replaced with Russian oip, as well as the speaker post and rca's. I also put a alp blues velvet pot in place of the cheaper alps. I believe the newer 102 ' s come stock with t...
Mcintosh mc275 or rogue m150/180
I had a 275 for a few years and now own a pair of m120. For the application I use them for I prefer the m120. They are two different amps, with the 275 having more of a traditional tube sound. Also, the Rogues can be used with a wider variety of s...
Magnepan 3.6R tweeter replacement - Any suggestion
Wow, I've never had a problem with Sheila returning my calls within 24 hour. She is super nice, too.Btw, it is super easy and a great value.
Do you enjoy the sound at your local Theater Plex?
Agreed with way too loud volume. The over all sound is usually unrefined, compressed, hard and edgy......but that is usually the way the sound track has been mastered. In combination with a system that is made more to industrial standards presents...
