Acoustat x value

Not sure if this is politically correct, but can I get some opinions on the value of a pair of Acoustat x speakers with servo amps that are in very good condition.

I used to own Acoustat X speakers. They are very rare, but may not be very valuable. Some may want them for the direct drive amps.

This may be the new way to sell equipment? I see a lot of these posts these days...
I actually have a buyer, I was just trying to get an idea of what a fair price to ask.
My opinion.
If all is working 100% and in very good condition $3-5k for a collector.
If not working at all and in poor condition $3-500. for a restorer.

Cheers George
Thank you, they are working great. Servo amps were overhauled and updated in 2009 by Ken Easley. Cabinets are an 8 out of 10. A few nicks but decent.

I owned a set of X’s during the early ’80s - Problem with first-gen Acoustats like these is how the conductive coating on the panels can disintegrate over time - I discovered such delamination issues within ten years of use; this isn’t something one can readily see, instead sound quality is progressively altered to where frequency band is skewed from midrange through treble, no longer sounding at all cohesive (one speaker was worse than the other in this regard) - Unfortunately there are no longer any rebuild facilities in existence for these once premium performers - Just something to be aware of.
I recently paid $2k for the servos which were rebuilt and in excellent operating condition.
