AES/

I am using both the USB output and the AES/EBU output on my Aurender N10 and it works.   I am not aware of any settings to change the output.    My USB and AES/EBU XLR digital cable cables are connected to my Preamp/DAC and I change the source on the preamp/DAC unit from one source to the other.  It works fine.

I just thought of something.   Did you CHANGE the source connection on the unit the AES/EBU cable is plugged into to recognize the AES/EBU signal?   This might fix the problem.  Please let us know.

If you only own one XLR cable.. I certainly would try to borrow one to check. ANY standard XLR should work OK. If not to the highest level of musicality.Anyway, yeah try another XLR cable.
