Antique Sound Labs AQ1001DT Kt-88 bias settings?

Just purchased a used ASL 1001 integrated sans box, manual, etc.

Have new Svetlana KT-88s to replace the originals, but do not have the manual and therefore the suggested bias settings. Could any owner of this integrated help me out?
