Anyone use a DCS Delius or Elgar without the upsam
Since so many expensive players don't use upsampling I was wondering if the ring dac by itself was comparable to something like an Audio Aero Capitol etc.
I have had both players. Yes you can use the Aero as a transport for the DCS. Prepare yourself for better defined highs and lower noise floor and a different presentation.
