Alex replaced the laser assembly in my 3910 on December 19. He received the player in the late morning, and he shipped the repaired player back to me the same day.
That's pretty good service.
For four weeks prior to that, he returned several emails promptly.
While he was in Dixon, CA, he completed orders and serviced players that had been waiting for him. His website has posts from several satisfied customers who received their machines after lengthy delays.
He returned to Bulgaria for Christmas, and he is still there as far as I know. He mentioned returning to the USA in early summer.
