Beatles USB to Zune?

I just received the remastered Beatles anthology on a USB drive and would like to transfer the MP3 files to my Zune MP3 player. I am embarassed to admit I had trouble with this transfer so I thought I would ask the experts on Audiogon. I have the Zune software running on my computer, my Zune MP3 player connected by USB cable to my computer and the USB drive containing the music files connected to my computer. How do I rip or copy the files from the USB to my Zune? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
