Hello, the EAR 864 one is very good préamp, it is not very neutral but is trés charmer, it is full and propose a superb image. Only the transparency can be in withdrawal face trés large préamp. To note its phonograph universal part (MM/MC) and of trés good quality. Cordially Chris
