Help with Squeezebox Touch

Does anyone know how to transfer the songs that I have loaded on my squeezebox Touch as my "favorites" to an external thumb drive?
I have all of my songs loaded into an external Harddrive. But on my Squeeze Box Touch I have approx 400 songs set up as favorites.
Where is that info saved to? I cant seem to find it anywhere.
