How long should a clearaudio maestro v2 last?

I listen 10-15 hours per week. Since there's no user replaceable stylus I'm concerned about having to replace the whole cartridge every year or so. Anyone know how many hours the stylus lasts on one of these? Thanks!

Pretty sophisticated stylus profile on that cartridge, apparently the same as on the Goldfinger.

I would think that, properly set up and playing clean vinyl, you should be able to get 1500-2000 hours out of that stylus.
How many hours you listen per week tells very little. What arm and turntable are you using, are you buying new, or used, records, are they cleaned with a machine, and, if so, what machine are they cleaned with, are you playing primarily 33rpm, 45 or 78, what do you clean your stylus with, is it after each play, do you use Stylast on your stylus, or Groove Glide on your records? That said, an average lifespan for a radical cut stylus is, maybe, 1000 hours. But like tire wear, a whole lot of factors come into play.

Remember, if you replace your stylus too early, it costs you some money. If you replace it too late, it compromises your record collection.
Keeping the stylus clean and applying Stylast before playing a side may extend lifespan. I do this!
I’m in the same situation. I’m figuring two years and trading it in. Clearaudio allows a generous trade in value to keep you in the family.
