Seems like many European high end audio manufacturers do not make SACD players any longer just for CD playbacks only. MBL, Tidal, Burmester, Gamut, Vitus Audio, T&A to name a few. They only make standalone CD players strictly for CD playbacks only, no SACD. If you want disc players that can play both CD & SACD and are on the same level sonic quality as the MBL I would highly recommend Esoteric, DCS or Accuphase.
I happen to own the flagship DCS Vivaldi full four stacks (Vivaldi master clock, Vivaldi upsampler, Vivaldi DAC, Vivaldi CD/SACD transport) in my reference stereo setup. They are spectacular.
Btw, which MBL components (preamp & power amp or integrated amp) do you have at the moment? Are you also using MBL speakers?
