Monitors for Fatman 13 w/ch Integrated

I saw one of these recently and think it's the solution to a 2nd system dilemma I've been in. I'd like to get third party monitors that are several steps up from the speakers Fatman includes at a total price of <$600 for the entire system though. Can anyone suggest good speakers for this unit?
