Most overrated bands

The most influential post war blues guitarist, T-Bone Walker, danced.  The most influential R&B performer ever, James Brown, danced.  And even Mick Jagger got moves like Jagger.  Micheal Jackson, Prince, Beyonce, Elvis, etc., I guess none of them are artists?

To even qualify as overrated, a band must be rated.  It stands to reason that some people would then consider any highly rated band as overrated.  How would you answer the question, "what mediocre bands are not good enough to be mediocre?"
