Ortofon Cadenza Range loading range

I am looking for a bit of insight on how to properly load this cartridge. My Cartridge is a Cadenza Red but will be changed in the near future to a Bronze. Right now i have the Red loaded at 300 Ohm. Is this ok? My other options are 30,100 Ohm.
System:
Accuphase E470 with AD-30 Phono Board
Rockport Mira Loudspeakers
Van den Hul the Wind MKII speaker cables
SOTA Nova with SME 309 and Van den Hul 501 phono able.

Per Ortofon: Recommended load impedance - 50-500 Ohm

Try the other loads of 100 and 30. See which one you like. Lowering the load usually results in less high frequency energy
