Havn't heard the Devore, but if you like Proac I'd just go with it. The resale of Proacs alone would lead me in their direction.
Proac and Devore
I'm wondering if anyone out there has given a serious listen both to Proac D15s and '25s and Devore Fidelity's Gibbon speakers. I think it's obvious that the Devore is somewhat modeled on the Proac. I haven't listened to them close enough together in time -- or with matching electronics -- but my sense is that Proacs, even the smaller one, are more "involving" (more or a wrap around, euphonius experience) whereas the Devore is more about precise imaging and texture. Apples and oranges.
