Cannot speak to that combo, but the DS deives my Pass xa30.8 very well.

Anyone driving a VAC amp with a PS Audio Directstream DAC? If so, are you pleased with the combination? Did you find the VAC's hi-gain / input impedance to be a big improvement over your previous amp?
