Reinstalling an Escient Fireball 311

Hi - I have a Fireball 311 that was integrated into my home's audio system in 2008. The technician who installed it seems to have been the only person working for the retailer who understood how the Fireball operates and interconnects and he has left the company. Escient is out of business and no longer offers support. We switched cable providers last year and in the process the Fireball became disconnected from the system. I have spent a lot of time trying to figure it out myself but am at a loss. I'm looking for someone in the northern NJ/NYC area who might be able to provide service. Greatly appreciate any useful suggestions! Thanks.
