They are totally different.I am familiar with other Brytson pre's and they are solid low noise and built well like their amps. But If you have a solid state amp and like a warm sound and are willing maybe to give up some bass dynamics for a better midrange I would go Sonic Frontiers.

No problem with the English. I would choose the Sonic Frontiers SFL-1. It is an excellent preamp.
What amplifier and preamp are you using now?
Hello Mati, Definitely buy Sonic Frontiers SFL-1. It is not a warm sounding preamp, but it will compliment the Stereo 70 very nicely and it will give your Thiel speakers the magic you are looking for.
If you have any other questions you can email me anytime. I will try to keep the English simple.

Not familiar with the Bryston ...

SF SFL-1 was my 1st adventure into tubes many many moons ago. It's neutral with a touch of tube magic ... a very nice preamp. I was using it with a Krell KSA100S with excellent results. Also if it ever needs servicing, contact Chris Johnson @PCX. I would contact Chris for mods if you do decide on it.

Good luck!

Hola, sin dudas compra el Sonic Frontiers, es muchisimo mejor que el Bryston, si te interesa conozco a un flaco re copado que tiene uno flamante y hasta te toma el tuyo en parte de pago y todo jaja. Saludos!
Mati, You are welcome. Let me know how you like the SFL-1 when you get it.
