SOUND LIAISON DOWNLOAD OROCEDURE

I just setup a computer audio system(JRiver v19on laptop with a NAS and an Oppo 105).
I just purchased my 1st 24/96 file online from Sound Liaison in The Netherlands. I'm new to all this, so I thought the file download would just start automatically after payment was processed. However, I didn't see this happening so I checked JRiver and my NAS but the purchased files didn't show up.
I checked my email and there was an email from Sound Liason confirming my order (with a list of the album and individual tracks) but no instructions for downloading.
Can someone tell me how this works and what I'm missing? It's a 24/96 WAV file "Carmen Gomes Studio Showcase Series #1". I didn't see any obvious options for initiating the download.

Thanks, I have the downloads now and everthing's fine. Frans, at Sound Liaison, was also very helpful in responding to my emails and ensuring I downloaded the files. You're right, they need to improve their download process. But at least it's nice to know they have good customer service as well as very good sounding downloads.
