Any wire is fine. try to space it the same as the antenna wire (if it is twinlead)and you will be perfect.
Use some packing tape if you have to, to keep the wire spacing the same.
If it is coax, do not worry about it if yyou got a signal.
If poor signal, you need a small cheap transformer.
