Tjoeb 4000 with upsampler Vs Simaudio moon

I am planning to buy a good CD player for $1000- 1500.
I have B&W 703 speakers and Rotel 1075 multichannel amp, and am currently using my sony 7ES receiver as preamp.
I currently have sony CD changer (not ans ES CD player), and my system does sound somewhat bright while playing CD's.
I have heard a lot of hype about Tjoeb 4000 on this forum, but i read its specs- S:N ratio is 98 vs simaudio's >109, channel separation is only 85 dB vs simaudio's 109 dB etc. I would prefer smewhat warmer sound, which would be a better choice Tjoeb 4000 or used simaudio equinox/nova.
Does anyone has any comments about diference in the specs.

Thx in advance
maninder
I don't know the Simaudio moon. My Tjoeb 4000 with upsampling and Seimens 7308s slaughters the NAD S500 that I last owned. I think that the NAD has better specs but just one listen will settle any discussion of relative merits.
