Tube phono amp

I'm looking for a TUBE PHONO AMP in the $2,000.00 price range. I've been told and read that tubes will / should offer more dynamics than solid state, that being said here's the rest of my analog equipment;

CARTRIDGES  lyre delos, grado master 2, Dynavector/ karat d3
ARM  grado signature,
TURNTABLE  sota star sapphire
PHONO AMP  klyne sk-2a
SPEAKER  apogee calipers

PRE AMP  ARC sp-9 mk IIIAMP  Mark levison ml 9
any suggestions / recommendations would be greatly appreciated thanks

I would not say that Tubes offer more Dynamics they offer what all tubes do as in tube sound. If not done right they can be noisy in a phono stage, If done right they can be wonderful.

If you can find a used Allnic or Manely you may find glory. I’m sure others will recommend many more those were the two I was looking at after researching. there was an SP8 on Agon as well may be a nice match to your ARC Pre.

I ended up with the SS Gold Note PH10 but I needed two inputs.
I gave up on tube phono stages in the sub $3k and went SS for the less noise. that’s only because I have tubes in my pre-power and high efficiency speakers that show noise very well. ok and can’t afford a new Allnic Audio phono.
You should get plenty of “tube sound” from your ARC SP 9 as you are running the Output from your Klyne head amp into the ARC SP-9. The Klyne is a great head amp. You can get a dedicated ARC phono preamp, but ARC uses a FET front end (built in head amp) in their phono preamps for MC cartridges. Not real sure you are gaining anything. Maybe you should try a transformer in front of your ARC SP-9 instead of the Klyne head amp. It would give a different sound.
