Upgrading from Paradigm Cinema Series

Want to upgrade from the Paradigm Cinema series CT100 setup. Was looking at the Monitor SE series (3000f / 6000f) and the Premier (700f). Would it be worth more than twice for the Premier Series or would the SE offer the most value.

Have already upgraded my Sub to the SVS SB-2000.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
