What are you streaming tonight?

As we are in the modern age of music I thought I would see how this fares.
We have threads specific for cdp and tt so why not streaming as it is a modern media.
I don't care if you stream Tidal, Deezer, Spotify, Paradise Radio or any number of internet stations.
I would like you to share your tastes and method of streaming.

@uberwaltz - I stream Radio Paradise at some point nearly every day. I have discovered more new music via Radio Paradise, than any other method over the last couple of years.
Listened to Radio Paradise tonight while doing a bit of work. Loved it, as always. I think the SQ is very good, and getting better with 320K and now FLAC (on iPhone and Android apps). FLAC is coming soon to their desktop player. Can't wait, as I listen mostly via my Windows and MAC laptops.
I cached 4 hours of Radio Paradise before heading on a business trip. Tonight, and last night, listened to cached Radio Paradise while riding the bike in the hotel gym.

I love Radio Paradise. And I appreciate the ability to cache it for travel.
Eric Clapton and Steve Winwood -"Can’t Find My Way Home - Live" Streaming on Radio Paradise and sounding good....
@uberwaltz - Nice choices with the Rush recordings. Still one of my favorite bands, even after all these years.
@uberwaltz - Hey, how you feeling? Looks like you are at least enjoying some good music listening time. I hope you're back on your feet soon......
Band of Horses - "Cease to Begin" - iTunes on an iPod while I do laundry..........

@jond - Headed to Paris a week from now myself. Great place to visit.....

But, paying the price now. Traveling for business this week. In Milwaukee working. I typically do 12 hours workdays while I'm here, so I can get as much done as possible and get home ASAP.

Listening to Radio Paradise at the moment.........

@uberwaltz - Paris is certainly one of the great cities in the world and an excellent vacation destination. This is my forth visit over 20+ years. The last couple of times we've flown into Paris because it is direct for us from Cincinnati and it takes significantly fewer Frequent Flyer miles than do the other major cities in Europe. We stay in Paris for 4-5 days, then head out on the road across central Europe. This year the highlights are Paris, Brunswick, Dresden and Munich, Prague, then to our friend's house in Traisa, Germany. Back to Paris for the flight home.

So, did you do Disney? We've been to Disney World in Orlando many times. My parents lived near there. We spent half of spring break with my parents and half at Disney. Was great when my son was younger.

Still streaming Radio Paradise. Love the mix that Bill and Rebecca (or their computer algorithm) put together.

Hey Uberwaltz,

Keep the faith buddy. This is a good thread and may outlast the "what's on your TT" and "What's on you CDP tonight" threads.

Also, If I don't get my A$$ into gear, you're going to beat me to 3000 posts.......

Happy Friday everyone! It's been a tough week and I'm ready to party...
Richard Thompson - "1952 Vincent Black Lightning" on Radio Paradise. One of my top 10 all time favorite songs. This is why I LOVE Radio Paradise.......
Lawn mowing music on the iPod - Son Volt - "Straightaways" for the front yard.....
Lawn mowing music on the iPod - The Stone Roses - "Second Coming"  for the back yard....
@uberwaltz - I've never listened to  Avenged Sevenfold, so I checked out "A little Piece of Heaven". Uplifting.....
@uberwaltz - Thanks for the reminder brother. I'm listening to "This Desert Life" now. Been a while and it's a dandy. I only have it on CD. I don't love the SQ, but I love the songs. And that's good enough for me.....

Peace! And Happy Weekend...
@tomic601 - Yep, I've found a lot of new (to me) music on Radio Paradise. Probably more than any other source in recent years. Great stuff.
Listening to some Radio Paradise this late afternoon / early evening. Bill and Rebecca (or their computer algorithm) are playing some excellent stuff.
@uberwaltz

The Kinks are the Village Green Preservation Society

Hey Uber, I remember Walter............
YES - "Going for the One" - Remastered, streamed from Chris Squire's YouTube channel. RIP Chris.....
@uberwaltz - Me either brother. Gotta thank @gosta for the introduction the The Teskey Brothers. I ordered the new record, pre-order from Amazon. Was supposed to arrive today, but got a notification that it will be here on Monday :~(

I've only listened to the Bandcamp stream, via bluetooth and it sounds great. If the vinyl SQ is any better, I'll be very happy.
@gosta - Yep, early RUSH was very similar to Budgie. I was a Budgie fan before I was a RUSH fan and I still listen to both regularly.
I'm streaming Radio Paradise at the moment, while cleaning a few records. I'll be moving back to the archaic practice of spinning LPs as soon as they dry.
Hey @uberwaltz - Are you familiar with Robben Ford and the Blue Line? The S/T album is da bomb! Check it out if you don’t know it.
@bdp24 - Great story. Not too many world renowned musicians from Cincinnati, except Adrian Belew. On the other hand, we do have more than our share of Audio Reviewers who write for the big Audiophile rags.

BTW, have you listened to Robben Ford and the Blue Line? Wow, what a record. Great songs, great musicianship and a really good sounding CD. I'll need to look for it on vinyl.
@pokey77 - I just saw The Alarm a couple of weeks ago. Was hoping for a good show, because I love The Alarm, but my expectations were low because it's really only Mike Peters from the original band. It was Awesome! Great show, in a tiny theater that seats only 300. Everyone stood and sang through the whole show. Mike and the band, including Mike's wife Jules, were outstanding.

I've loved The Alarm since I first heard 68 Guns back in the day. They did not disappoint and I will see them again when they come back. Heck, I might even travel to one of "The Gathering" shows.
@uberwaltz - I don't have "Road Games", but I'll have to check it out. Have you hear "Metal Fatigue"? Been diggin' it since I heard it playing in a record store in 1985. Great Stuff.....
@uberwaltz - Let me know what you think of "Metal Fatigue". I've always liked it and still listen to it after buying it over 30 years ago....
David Ball - "Thinkin' Problem"

One of my favorite country albums of all time. If modern country sounded like this, I'd be a listener.....
@maplegrovemusic - I was never much of a Springsteen fan. Of course I was familiar with him and liked some of his stuff, like "Darkness on the Edge of Town", "Atlantic City", etc. But that all changed when I saw him live on the High Hopes Tour.

It was an overall fantastic show, in my top 5, and I've seen many hundreds.... But the really outstanding numbers in the show were not the old standbys. The really outstanding numbers were the tracks off of High Hopes - "American Skin (41 shots)", "The Ghost of Tom Joad" and the finale - "Dream Baby Dream". Dream Baby Dream might have been the single most moving live music I've ever witnessed.

Good choice.........
