The BDP-95 from Oppo is the first player with all these capabilities for me. I am extremely satisfied. The audio quality, when used as a digital player, is also outstanding. Hard to go wrong.
Not sure about your budget, but the plain vanilla Oppo 93 will do all of the above for $500. If you are not planning to use the analog outs, this would be the way to go.
The Marantz UD-5005 for one. Just purchased mine last week and love it. Today I got the Youtube feature working and it's a great plus. Didn't purchase this for the Youtube feature alone but mostly for playing Blu-ray discs and concert DVDs. Audio is super for the money.
