OP: What rating scale are you using and who is doing the rating?
IE: "overrated" compared to what?
For instance, I think Elton Britt was a heck of a yodeler but there are those who would say Britt was overrated, especially when you consider the likes of Riley Puckett, Charles Anderson, and from afar, Solomon Linda and the Evening Birds, and of course, there are so many others.
