Tidal sound quality

I hear a strange noise coming from Speakers on this recording from Tidal: 

Shostakovich Piano concerto nos 1 & 2 by Denis Matsuev (SACD)
Track number 8 at 1:38' - 3'
Is anybody else hearing this? Any idea what this might be?

I hear it on FLAC 44/16, so it is in the file. Some type of corruption in file?

Tidal to me has some weird artifacts in their music in general that I don't really hear from other lossless digitization.
