Krell usually does not answer a lot of inquiries like this from email. If you are serious about getting this fixed, the best way to do it is submit a request for Krell Repair RMA. Be aware that Krell has been extremely overloaded in their repair department, so it could take weeks or months for the repair to happen. http://www.krellonline.com/service-request-form.html -- Alternatively, if you are looking for somebody to try to repair this, you can go over to the diyaudio.com site and post a message there.
