Do speaker cables need a burn in period?


I have heard some say that speaker cables do need a 'burn in', and some say that its totally BS.
What say you?

Burn in is real but maybe not the wire as so much as the hook up points. People using silver paste as a contact enhancer have experienced sonic benefits including me
