Can I bi-amp with an integrated amp's Main-In, and a Power amp?

Hello to all...

Awaiting a New-To-Me pair of Vintage Gershman Avant Garde RX-20s...

SInce I've got 2 sets of binding posts on the back of the Gershmans: I'm wondering if I can bi-amp them, using my Onkyo A7 Integrated Main-In for the top (mid and tweeter), and my Nikko DC Alpha 230 Power Amp for the woofers.
I feed the signal (into either, independently) thru my Phillips High Fidelity Labratories Pre-Amplifier, presently into the speakers I'm playing (the LBL L25s) which are not bi-amp or bi-wireable...

Does this seem foolish? Should I be thinking Bi-Wire and not Bi-amp? or should I just jumper them and stick with a one power supply?

Any thoughts or clarifications would be appreciated... Thanks in advance.

the result will be all the way out of tonal balance and not much of volume ranges you can listen to.
definitely no classical orchestral music can be handled.
bad idea.
i'd suggest using only Nikko amp alone for your music. this amp will drive your speakers fine, much better than bi-amplified.
