The current SOTA SACD player

My current playback includes the non signature version of the EMM Labs Dac's.As I am considering upgrading I would like to know what fellow Audiogoners think will better it in terms of smoothness and detail. Single box player suggestions are certainly welcome with the emphasis being on SACD playback as I have quite a few of these discs.

There are numerous challenges to be faced when converging in an unfamiliar room with unfamiliar audio gear . This assortment of equipment had never been tested together.

It's usually a good idea to rehearse before the curtain goes up.

Thank you so much Brent and Boa2. Yes, I did not feel I was being trapanated while listening to APL and EMM. As I said, both room sounded fairly reasonable.

Hi Boa , I was just touching upon the challenges we faced and the lessons I took from it. I got the jest of Guidos comment.
Guido is very well respected in the cpommunity and his words have weight for me.
I couldnt agree more Tvad.
