They have closed shop, no service, no honoring of warranties. Hoping its not the first of many.

Granted not a lot can go wrong with one, but they also mentioned some names for servicing and someone may yet pick it up, the product was good. Just didn't sell enough domesticly to make it so it could afford to sell what it did internationally.
